INTRODUCTION
The Department of Higher Education (JPT), the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) in collaboration with Sekolah Integriti Kluang, Johor and the Malaysian Prisons Department (JPM) have expressed their desire to offer a second chance program to young offenders with potential in the academic field. In order to fulfill these wishes, the Faculty of Management and Economics (FPE), Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) through the sponsorship of the Waqf, Endowment, Zakat, Charity and Charity Center (WEZAS) UPSI has offered the Budiman Flashlight Entrepreneurship Diploma program to 20 young offenders in Kluang Prison , Johor from September 2022

C. Tuition fee sponsorship of 25 students per semester – RM43,250.00
